ANALIZADORES DE CHIMENEAS
Dilution Probe Controller - Model 200L
Easy to operate, highly accurate, and requires little maintenance.

The Model 200L Dilution Controller measures stack effluents by combining exhaust gases with pressurized regulated zero air at a known dilution ratio. It accepts up to five calibration gases and can be configured for either single- or dual-probe installation. The instrument meets EPA CFR Title 40, Part 60 requirements, is easy to operate, highly accurate, and requires little maintenance.

Product Details

The Model 200L is used in conjunction with various probe/orifice configurations. A critical orifice attached to the probe mixes high pressure zero air with exhaust gases to produce a known dilution ratio. The Model 200L Dilution Controller allows the user to set the correct dilution ratio by using a calibrated analyzer to measure conbustion emissions or other sample gases. A relay board, controlled via a front-mounted rotary control knob, switches the flow streams among various calibration gases or between two separate probes.
