Simultaneous readings of H2S and SO2 are provided on a local display and via analog and serial outputs. Minimum detectable concentrations as low as 0.5 parts per billion are achieved through the superior optical system in this highly reliable instrument.

Product Details

The Model 450C consists of an H 2 S to SO 2 converter coupled to a pulsed fluorescence SO 2 analyzer. Continuous H 2 S monitoring is accomplished by conversion of the H 2 S in the sample to SO 2 and its subsequent detection by the SO 2 analyzer according to the following reaction:

H 2 S + 3/2(O 2 ) › SO 2 + H 2 O
