Combined Speed-Direction Anemometer - CombiSD |
||||
![]() ![]() The CombiSD sensor includes, in a single apparatus, the transducers for measuring wind speed and direction. Its use simplifies the installation and the plant design in respect of the systems with separate units plus giving some other advantages being smaller, lighter and cheaper. The CombiSD sensor is available in different versions: DNA021-022: sensors with direct signal output. Frequency (Hz) for wind speed and resistance (Ohm) for wind direction. These sensors are suitable to acquisition systems, like LSI-Lastem ones, recognizing and managing this kind of electric signals. DNA022: low power consumption is thought for systems with small energy available. DNA521-527: sensors with normalized output (4-20 mA, 0-5 Vdc), with an high accuracy of the wind speed measurement. This accuracy is assured by a microprocessor adjusting the sensor response in each point of the wind speed measurement range. DNA541-542: sensors with normalized output (4-20 mA, 0-5 Vdc) with automatic orientation towards the North by a solid compass, mounted inside the sensor. This characteristic deeply reduces the orientation error that, for installations on high towers or mobile means can also be of significant entity, thus simplyfing the installation and guarantying greater measurement precision. The DNA541 sensor, by an inclinometer, compensates also the inclination errors up to +/- 25° of inclination of the pole where the sensor is mounted, making it particularly apt to measurements on mobile means. Both sensors have programmable output (0/4-20 mA, 60-300 mV, 0/1-5 Vdc) and VDC power supply. The measurement system is made up of a sensor, chosen from the table VERSIONS, the rotors DNA024 and DNA027 and the cable DWA…chosen from the table ACCESSORIES and SPARE PARTS. The connector MG2251 is used when the user desire to realize its own cable. The INNOVA- XT (Transformer Monitor) gas detection monitor tests for the presence of combustible gases in the inert headspace of power transformers. It offers significant time and cost savings over the traditional dissolved gas analysis. The test is simple, as results are given in real-time. One instrument is able to test many transformers. This unit can monitor hydrocarbons in percent LEL or PPM, as well as oxygen content. |
