  Gas Phase Titration Calibrator - Model 102
The Model 102 is a dual point dilution calibration system.

The Model 102 is a dual point (zero and one upscale concentration) dilution calibration system and is available with two options. The first option, Gas Phase Titration (GPT), includes a generator for the production of Ozone, which can be used as either a source of NO2 via the titration of Ozone with NO, or as a transfer standard for the calibration of an Ozone analyzer. The second option is the addition of a second cylinder input.

The Model 102N utilizes zero and span check, the EPA approved method of gas phase titration for the precise generation of NO2 and NO span gas for calibrating ambient NO-NO2-NOX Analyzers.



Model 102N

The Model 102N generates a precise, controlled amount of ozone in an ultraviolet ozonator for the subsequent gas phase titration of nitric oxide with ozone. The 102N features a fixed dilution of a high concentration cylinder of NO/N2 calibration gas to a lower level for the zero and span check of ambient NOX analyzers.

Model 102S

Designed for span check of other ambient air monitors. Same as Model 102N, except the 102S does not include the ozonator.

Model 102NS

Same as Model 102N, but incorporates a special Teflon valve matrix to accomodate external cylinders of NO and a second gas so that calibration of both NOX and other analyzer can be alternately performed with a single unit.
